Things You May Not Know About TOP
Many of our customers may not be aware that Total Order Plus has a 'User Appendix' manual, 'Online Help' manual and a 'TOP Intro" manual online on our support website www.mindwarecorp.com and can be accessed by clicking on 'Documentation' on the left side of the screen. These manuals contain numerous screens and instructions to help you with Windows issues, UnForm, UPS, Anzio Lite, Unix commands, End of Day and End of Month processing, how to use the TOP Report Writer, TOP menu commands, 'How To' reverse cash receipts payments, etc.
In this newsletter, we are publishing some of the 'TOP2000.Q Features'. This month we will feature the new options in A/R Customer Masterfile Maintenance to find a customer contact's email address.
Enter ? at the customer code field --> Select F3 to sort --> Select F to Find --> Select E for Email --> Type email address or a partial email address to search for. Once you have found the contact's email address, you can press F1 to insert the customer information. Click to view screens ......

Many of my customers want to be notified with a tracking number when their order is shipped. Is this possible with TOP UPS Interface?

TOP Enhancements:
Use Customer Name in the O/E Interface on the Customer Master has been changed to include a D selection. This will eliminate the 'Drop Ship' message from printing on orders.
