Support for SonicWall, BackupEdge and File Server Warranty

Many of our customers have a yearly support contract on their SonicWall, Microlite's BackupEdge software and an extended hardware warranty contract on their file servers. As long as a contract is in place, you can call any of the following support centers rather than calling Mindware for support, especially since some of our east coast and midwest customers are two to three hours ahead of Arizona time.

Your Gateway Security Suite support contract with SonicWall provides technical assistance for any problems related to the security services on their appliance and the actual unit itself. The services include anti-virus, anti-spam, spyware, intrusion prevention and content filtering. They currently have a new customer support center that just opened in Tempe, Arizona. Their end user support number is 888-777-1476.

Customers using BackupEdge for their nightly backup procedure and as long as they have a yearly support contract, you can call 888-257-3343 and ask for technical support. This applies only to the actual backup procedure and not something hardware related such as a bad DVD, tape cartridge, etc.

DTR has a very reliable technical support staff and is always willing to help with a hardware problem related to your file server or SCO 6.0 operating system problem. An extended hardware warranty contract must be in place. For customers not having warranty, their time will be billable at their current hourly rate. Going Green in the Workplace

Growing public concern about global warming and other environmental issues is spilling over into the business world, where companies are increasingly looking to make the operations more 'green' by minimizing their environmental impact. The reasons range from scarcity of resources, boost to corporate image and potential cost savings by using more environmentally sensitive activities.

The main business strategies to go 'green' are:

	Promote telecommuting with secure remote access technology.
	Redesign products to use more environmentally friendly materials and require less power to reduce carbons.

Things You May Not Know About TOP

Several TOP customers have asked if the credit card numbers from the customer contact information has to print on orders and invoices. There are a couple of ways to prevent printing the information on orders and invoices and with an option to print only the last four digits of the credit card number. These flags are in Terms Code Maintenance on the O/E Options Menu.

At the Print field option, you can select to print the credit card number on your (O)rders, (I)nvoices, (B)oth orders and invoices or (N)one to not print any of the credit card number on orders or invoices.

The next option will allow you to specify if you want to print only the last four digits of the credit card number on orders or invoices. The rest of the number will print in a mask i.e. ############1234.
