Total Order Plus 2002 Conference

Phoenix, AZ  November 1-3

The Total Order Plus 2002 conference was held in Phoenix, Arizona, on Friday, November 1st through Sunday, November 3rd, at the Marriott Courtyard. The weekend started with a blast at the opening reception Friday evening in the lounge of the Courtyard. Everyone shared their business experiences over the past year.
A breakfast buffet started the seminar on Saturday morning prior to the presentation by Archie Tucker on the future GUI version of TOP using BBj, reasons for changing from SCO Unix to SCO Linux and how to use TOP to create flash stamps and include the label with the copy reduced to fit. The newly released MailCall 2.0 was presented to show how to send email attachments directly from Total Order Plus for orders, invoices, quotes, statements, purchase orders and quotes.
After lunch, Mike Fruciano of Laserbits, Inc., presented the latest in laser engraving materials and new ideas on ways to help diversify your business and increase sales, followed by a training session on TOP accounting. Saturday evening dinner was enjoyed outside on the patio at Jilly's restaurant.

Sunday morning concluded with breakfast and discussions by all in attendance.
